Kaminari Taiko is a Japanese drumming ensemble based in Houston, Texas. You may have seen us at our annual feature performance, the Grand Taiko Concert at Miller Outdoor Theatre, or at one of the many festivals and cultural events we participate in across the country.If you're interested in learning more about who we are and what we do, check out this new short documentary on Kaminari Taiko created by Carl Rosa, director of the Japan-America Initiative.
