Kaminari Taiko will release its second live DVD, filmed at the 13th Annual Grand Taiko Concert at Miller Outdoor Theatre, in 2010. This DVD features eight taiko songs performed by Kaminari Taiko, plus bonus performances by Japanese classical dance master Takahamaryu Mitsujuroku and silk aerialists from ImaginAerial out of New York.
No video can wholly capture the experience of watching Kaminari Taiko live; the power of the drums, the vibrancy of the performers, and the energy of thousands of fans creates a feeling like no other. We hope, though, that our CDs and DVDs our fans to relive their concert experience at home, and to share the joy of taiko with their friends.
